Miss Blanche Lang Called By Death

Woodsfield - Funeral will be held this afternoon at 2 o'clock for Miss Blanche Lang, 73, who died Saturday morning at 6 o'clock in her home on North Paul Street.

Services will be held from the residence with Rev. J. V. Traylor officiating. Burial will be in Oaklawn cemetery under the direction of the Bauer and Turner funeral home.

A lifelong resident of Woodsfield, Miss Lang was a member of the Church of Christ.

Surviving are two sisters, Margaret Goering of the home and Ms. Bessie Wagner of Zanesville; four nieces and a nephew.

Woodsfield—Funeral services for Miss Blanche Lang, 73, were held Monday afternoon at the family home, 106 North street, with Rev. J. V. A. Traylor officiating. Burial was made in Oaklawn cemetery by the Bauer-Turner funeral home.

Miss Lang died at her home Saturday morning following an extended illness. She was the daughter of William and Margaret Henthorn Lang. Miss Lang was employed in the Smith hotel for 35 years, retiring several years ago.

Surviving are two sisters, Mrs. Bessie Wagner of Zanesville and Mrs. Margaret Goehring of the home. There are four nieces and one nephew.
